Grand Plaza Hotel Munnar

The staff was service-minded and hospitable, the breakfast offered was large with variety of food.

It's magical hotel and big, with welcoming staff and favourable location by the river.

Came in Munnar to relax and have fun, this hip new hotel was lovely base for doing it. Stayed here before now and I would stay here again.

Very peaceful hotel, the stay was nice, unbeatable location to nearby smaller market. Good service, although a few employees were a bit slow. I truly enjoyed the room for a heater in the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Shame the bathroom was quite small.

This hotel was good base for exploring Munnar, truly enjoyed it. Breakfast with cooked meat. Location: the venue was very close to a river, Many restaurants.

We liked the very central location and how clean the place was kept. The rooms were tidy with a beautiful view. Courteous staff team was with the porter & the reception staffs.

The bed was very hard, unfortunately.

The room was convenient and themed, breakfast was savoury. Our room had a quiet bed and an awesome view. Thanks to proactive staff the entire hotel was clean. This courteous property had secluded setting.

Reasonable value, neat, enjoyable breakfast. Room was generally comfortable and luxurious, I liked that terrace, microwave and iron/ironing board were available. Amazing view, bed was neat. The night bar was great and the drinks were delicious. Had no problem using their paid parking, the internet was fast.

I would say it's characterful base for staying and exploring Munnar.

Unbelievable location and lovely design, staff is diligent. Lovely breakfast, spectacular service. Outdoor bar and incredible pool. Would definitely return here, a superb experience with romantic views.

Simple location, room is light and unobtrusive staff. Adequate breakfast with good choice of cheese, fresh bread, scrambled eggs, fruit and milk to satisfy every guest.

The hotel itself was wonderful and clean with very good rooms and staff. The bedroom was big and the bed was very fine. Restaurant in property was top-notch and the pool area was good.

The stay at this ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS hotel was a warm one. Outstanding staff and location, it was neat here. We loved towels and toilet in the bathroom. The fast check-in too.
